The best meals are the ones you don’t have to choose. Everything at Aizle is made in-house, from the nutritious live ferment in the sourdough, to the hand churned butter, to the aquavit and aged kombucha in our cocktails.

Opened in 2014 by chef and owner, Stuart Ralston, Aizle is the first of four restaurants that Chef Ralston has opened in his home city of Edinburgh. Aizle displays the best of Scotlands natural larder, and by working with a close team of local suppliers we are able to deliver the best of seasonal Scottish produce

Alongside Chef Ralston, Aizle is currently ran by a talented team of chefs and front of house team including; Jade Johnston, Operations Manager; Elle Mackay, General Manager; Ashley Salmon, Executive Chef; and Phillip Roberts, Head Chef. Our team bring a wide range of skill and experience into Aizle and have helped create what we deliver to you today.
